Any advice on clearing ones negative thoughts or worries? Don't want worry to replace hope.

Honestly I find a nice hot relaxing bath to work quite well for this sort of thing. It can work as a cleansing of the soul and mind as well as physical body, and has the affect of an almost rebirth when you emerge from the waters.

I find it best, if you take a nice candle lit bath, draw the bath curtain closed just for that extra sense of shutting yourself away from the outside world, if you have some nice relaxing music, you may want to play that as well. Perhaps throw in some bath salts, and just close your eyes as you sink into the water and just let any troublesome thoughts slip away, don't think about the things you have to do, or any probelms you might currently be encountering, take this moment completely for yourself.

Another good way to help clear negative thoughts, is to just take some time to yourself, and make it clear that you just need a moment not to be distrubed, find a quiet place, if you have a faveorite room in the house, or outside, or a faveoirte place you can go, and just concentrate on an activity you really enjoy doing. Maybe something you have not had time to do in a while, make some time to dedicate to yourself this can help you feel refreshed and make your troubles shed in a different light so they do not seem so daunting any longer and you are more able to face them.

Wow, thanks so much! I'm already relaxing just reading your response!

I need to make time to relax and clear my thoughts, maybe visualize my troubles washing down the drain with the bathwater......ahhhhh....
