Five of Pentacles

Five of Pentacles

Pentacles: manifestation, money, proof, prosperity

  • poverty
  • a new way of living
  • difficult circumstances
  • unemployment
  • skirting around religion

Here a man and woman pass by the lighted window of a church late at night during a snow storm. This can be symbolic of difficulties, unemployment, destitution or loneliness. Two people may be having difficulty finding a common meeting place. They are outside of the traditional church.

"In life we each must choose and travel our own path."

Here we are seen skirting around the more traditional forms of religion. Times appear hard both physically and financially. This road is not an easy one to travel. Many are suffering.

I commend you for knowing what you want and what lengths you’re willing to go to obtain it. You are making tough decisions and following through.

You may be feeling road weary. You might be thinking this path is too difficult for me.

You've obviously thought long and hard about these choices. Trust your inner self. Continue on your path until you are satisfied you have accomplished your goals. Or until you are satisfied they are unreachable given your current course of action.

Perhaps then you can rethink the methods you are employing to reach these goals. You might evaluate and try new approaches that will give you the financial stability and the religious freedom you desire.

Remember it is not a failure to change your approach to a problem. Quitting, or giving up is the only real failure in life.

Be leery of blaming others for your current situation. Be willing to take responsibility for your actions.

  • renewed spiritual interest
  • a new way of living
  • new opportunities
  • traditional church

Here we may see a renewed interest in spiritual matters. Your financial and spiritual situation is improving after considerable work. There is the potential for new employment and charity. You can work your way out of difficulties and reaffirm your beliefs at the same time.

"In life we each must choose and travel our own path."
